This Civil War Camp Chair Kit is simple and easy to build. You will need a drill with a 1/8" bit and a 5/16" bit to drill the pilot holes and counterbores for the screws. You will also need 120 & 220 grit sand paper to sand the lumber. Apply the finish of your choice or leave unfinished to take advantage of Black Walnut's natural weather resistant qualities. At just 14 lbs this is a great chair to take to the river, the lake, camping or to your favorite civil war reenactments.
